16.00 RUDENINĖS BŪRŲ GODOS (AUTUMNAL DREAMS OF PEASANTS)
Rich Prussian Lithuanian peasants embodied by the actors of Priekulė E. Vichertas Theatre will bring a well-fed goat to the event. Dreverna Žvejytės ensemble will take it and duly prepare it for the ritual. Meanwhile, Klaipėda ECC folklore ensemble Kuršių Ainiai will glorify the outgoing Sun with songs and dances.

SEMME (60 MIN); VĖJŲ ŽEMĖ (51 MIN)
SEMME (Prussian for ‘earth’). A full-length documentary about Lithuanian ethnic culture. The film covers the subjects of hiking, religion and folk art, revealed through three individuals, who dedicated their entire lives to the fostering of traditions. Film characters are active promoters of these ideas, as well as pioneers of the national rebirth movement: high priest Jonas Trinkūnas, geographer Tadas Šidiškis and folk artist Algirdas Verseckas. In the film, historians, ethnographers, anthropologists and folk artists talk about their activities and ethnocultural traditions. VĖJŲ ŽEMĖ (Land of Winds). An intriguing and emotional story about a seaside town Šventoji and its vanishing community of Curonians – Lithuanian Latvians. It is a neglected and little-known part of the history of this former fishing village, told by the descendants of the last old-generation Curonians. Film director and screenwriter: Ernestas Samsonas.
18.00 FILM AND ANIMATION ROOM (PROGRAMME I)
Original works of young Lithuanian artists
The programme will feature works of media graduates, as well as current and future students of Vilnius Academy of Arts. Several new, pre-premiere films will be presented. The screenings were initiated and compiled by visual media and animation artist from Klaipėda, Pijus Čeikauskas, who is now studying and working in Vilnius. As an artist, he expresses his ideas in a variety of mediums from moving pictures and drawings to installations and performance art.
20.30 FIERY TRANSFORMATIONS OF EQUINOX
The creative birth of the sculptures was greatly inspired by the meeting with ethnologist Rimantas Balsys. Discussion about the old autumn rituals, ceremonies, traditions, symbols and their meanings helped create an artistic vision. Working together with volunteers and assistants, its authors will turn it into art objects of the Old Port pier within 9 days of creative camp. Spectators will get to see a convincing interpretation of an old ritual. A visual, musical, expressive event, a bewitching atmosphere of fire, music and space, involving in the game with the forces of nature.
The festive play of fire will be accompanied by the music created by DONIS. It is a unique Lithuanian post-folk music project from Klaipėda, founded by ethno-instrumentalist Donatas Bielkauskas. This music combines the old Baltic folklore and modern musical arrangements very distinctively. It is deep, with a delicately mellow and majestic sound. For one night only, DONIS is joined by fife virtuoso Mantvydas Vilys and a charming young violinist Kotryna Jonušaitė.

Free programme of never-before-seen short films. Films will be shown until the last spectator leaves the room.
21.30 APEIRONAS TELLS ŠIURPĖS (horror fairy tales)
Lithuanian folk horror fairy tales. Need we say more?! Possibly only that there will be no cradle, white coats or oil lamps, because Apeiron Theatre lives in the present. Therefore, it invites modern people to remember their childhood or to compensate for lack thereof. ŠIURPĖS are intended for adults, but insomniac children can have a listen too. Horror fairy tales will be told and interpreted by theatre actresses Kristina Švenčionytė, Greta Kazlauskaitė and Eglė Kazickaitė.

20.00 PROCESSION TO THE OLD PORT
A symbolic farewell to Dreverna goat. The festive procession, accompanied by the thunder of ceremonial drums and wailing of bagpipes, will start at Dreverna House of Culture and proceed to the Old Port.
22.00 TRADITIONAL DANCE NIGHT
Dance tunes from different countries played into the small hours of the morning with dancers ready to dance just as long. Time stops in the dance, one feels the length of the night together with the approaching transformation in nature. This is the way brilliant musicians and great dancers start yet another autumn season of Klaipėda Traditional Dance Club with the participation of folklore club SITA from Minsk, representatives of traditional dance clubs: musicians and dancers from Latvia and Estonia, instrumental folklore band ByTikZyz, LAMT Ethnomusicology Department student Emilija Vaiginytė, musician Jogintas Čepulis, as well as musicians and dancers of Klaipėda ECC Traditional Dance Club.
